Did somebody say Fruit loops!! Absolutely loved making this cake. Layers of Vanilla sprinkle cake, filled with Raspberry Jam, covered with Vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream and Finished with FRUIT LOOPS!

My favourite cake of 2017. Very simple but sometimes they are the best ones. A chocolate mud cake with layers of chocolate ganache, rum Swiss meringue buttercream (that honestly tastes just like a rum ball) and covered in smarties. And a huge happiest of birthdays to one of my favourite people Isaac S.

When you don't want the stock standard "cake", it was all about flavour. A hazelnut meringue stack, filled with chocolate creme, and topped with fresh raspberries and strawberries. Yum!!

When the brief is sugar skulls, coloured layers for the cake and sponge. Naturally my first job was to google what sugar skulls were 😂. The rest was easy! A Neapolitana layer cake with raspberry jam and finished with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Happy birthday shay, we hope you had a great day!
