Hello! Well it's been awhile! A few of you are asking when I'll be doing orders again.
After a lot of thought I've decided to have a break from the business side of things and have chosen not to renew my food license for the time being.
Although I loved making gluten free cakes for you all, I found myself not enjoying the process as much (I'm not a birthday cake decorator! Soooo stressful 🤯)
I originally set out to make cakes and slices when I realised what a shortage there was in cafes for gluten free options (there's only so many caramel slices I can eat 🙃) in Townsville.
I also originally set out only wanting to make the cakes and treats I grew up with:
*sponge cakes
*carrot cakes
*hummingbird cake
*apple tea cakes
*cheesecakes
*Scones
*Chocolate mudcake etc

So, for now this page will be where I share the cakes I love ❤️ to make for family and friends.
I have such a passion and love for making food and am always wanting to improve in this area so this is not a goodbye, just a watch this space 😊🍰

Hello! Sorry it's been awhile. Making a baby is a little bit tiring! 🥱 the good news is I'm making these cute Persian love cakes for Valentine's Day:
❤ Spiced caramel and almond cake w/ rosewater cream cheese. + Turkish delight and pistachios= yum!
(Gluten free of course!)

I can also do cupcakes too. 😊😊
