Look at us getting all Chrismassy!🎄
Last year we completely ran out of cake about a week prior to Christmas with last minute customers who forgot to order ahead.
If you want a Christmas Cake we definitely recommend ordering it.
You don't have to worry about ordering early and then forgetting.... we'll give you a phone call on the pick up day.

At Cakes on Carthew, we recognise that social media and review platforms can be useful tools for sharing experiences.
We choose not to respond to or discuss individual customer situations publicly. Respecting our customers’ privacy and dignity matters to us, including when we believe a review or comment does not reflect the full story.
We take very detailed instructions for every cake order. Where an inspiration photo is provided, we carefully record the changes requested by the customer, so the agreed design reflects their individual preferences.
For those who may not know our process, every customer is shown their cake before leaving the store. This gives us the opportunity to address any differences from the agreed order details at collection. (If someone else has been arranged to collect the cake, they are checking and approving it on behalf of the person who placed the order.)
Once the cake has been viewed and accepted at collection, our understanding is that its appearance meets the agreed order details. We do not remake cakes for a subsequent change of mind.
For more than twenty years, we’ve had the privilege of being part of our customers’ special occasions. We sincerely thank all the wonderful customers who have trusted us to help celebrate the important moments in their lives, and we look forward to sharing many more.
