We personally manage & supply beef and lamb direct from our farm and are committed to producing premium, natural, grass fed, dry aged beef & lamb. We are offering:
Beef: 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and 12kg beef packs which contains a variety of all beef cuts, premium steaks, roasts, mince and sausages. Lamb: 1/2 (10kg) & whole (20kg) also with a variety of cuts. Our difference:
• Purpose Bred Cattle for lean b

• Dry Aging! A process no longer used by commercial operations
• Supplying Cryovac’d premium cuts. Ready to go (no defrosting), to be stored in your fridge for further wet aging, providing increased tenderness and flavour
• Know where your beef comes from, age and quality. In most cases we will supply beef from our farm, my parents’ farm or occasionally from a partnered local farmer. You will always know where your beef comes from.
• Knowledge = Tenderness and Flavour! We will aim to provide you with the latest cooking secrets for all cuts of beef. By choosing to purchase Buloke Beef you are purchasing premium Gippsland beef and lamb at affordable prices and supporting a local farming family. We look forward to providing a true paddock to plate experience, one of quality, consistency and ongoing fresh beef supply. We aim to complete animal orders before harvesting to ensure we minimise any wastage.
