Moving Sound is our brand new big hazy pale ale, filled with the most aroma pungent and freshest NZ hops we could get our hands on.
Loaded with Peacharine, Waimea T90 and Waimea Hop Kief, creating a bright, fruit-forward b**r bursting with peach, nectarine, lime and tropical notes. Soft haze and an ultra-smooth body from an oat heavy base keeps everything in perfect balance, while the fresh hop aroma keeps calling you back for another sip.

But wait… what is a bière de garde?

A bière de garde which translates in French for “b**r for keeping” is a traditional farmhouse ale that originates in northern France. They are malt-forward, smooth, and slightly sweet, featuring rich notes of toasted bread, caramel, toffee, and subtle fruitiness. They should have a lower hop bitterness and lack the traditional tartness or spicy phenol notes found in Belgian Saisons.

What we say for our latest release JESTER

Inspired by the cellar-aged b**rs of Northern France, this Bière de garde is brewed with Voyager Malt = pale malt, rye and raw wheat before being lightly dry hopped with New Zealand hop Waimea. The result is a beautifully layered b**r where rustic malt richness meets soft citrus, delicate spice and a crisp finish. Traditional foundations with a thoroughly modern feel.

After just coming home from Perth, attending the epic FROTH TOWN festival, we thought yeah! lets release some new b**rs! and have we got you sorted.

💿 3 BRAND NEW RELEASES.

MOVING SOUND is a big hazy pale ale, filled with the most aroma pungent and freshest NZ hops we could get our hands on, we literally made this b**r 1 day after the new crop of Freestyle NZ hops hit the shore and does it show! Next up is a style which we don’t see too often over here, but when brewed right its absolutely smashable. Introducing JESTER a Biere De Garde style ale lightly dry-hopped with NZ Waimea, delicate yet modern with this dry-hopping approach to a great drinking b**r. Then we have HOME ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM, yeah that’s right.. Lazaro’s Dog.. Its stuck in your head now isn’t it. A hazy IPA brewed on a big Oat & Wheat base then filled with some unique Aussie hops and a few big US hops to round it all out.

We loaded this Hazy Pale Ale very heavy with New Zealand Freestyle Hops Peacharine, Waimea T90 and Waimea Hop Kief, creating a bright, fruit-forward b**r bursting with peach, nectarine, lime and tropical notes. HOME ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM - Hazy IPA

Cancel your plans, Home Entertainment System has tonight sorted. This Hazy IPA is loaded with Beedelup, Citra HyperBoost, HBC 630 and Topaz, delivering an explosion of juicy citrus, ripe pineapple, peach and tropical candy. Soft, pillowy and bursting with hop aroma, it pours with a glowing haze.
