Meet Bonneville Deluxe, our latest experiment in pushing hop aroma further. Using our COOLPOOL technique, we drop the whirlpool temperature to extract maximum aroma from the hops while minimising bitterness. Peacharine, Galaxy and Citra bring huge layers of ripe peach, citrus, passionfruit and tropical fruit, creating an intensely aromatic b**r that’s bright, juicy and seriously expressive. The taproom is open from 12 - 5pm - Good Land stiens are available for purchase and fresh German pretzels ready to go!

Our traditionally brewed Helles is a German style L***r inspired by some of the very best.
L***red at 0 degrees for a huge 14 weeks it’s soft, elegant malt sweetness up front resembling fresh bread crust, balanced by low, gentle hop bitterness.

Straight Outta Traralgon. Ruthless is our Cali IPA built on Voyager Craft Malt and aggressively dry hopped
with Simcoe, Southern Cross and Citra. The result is a full-blast of grapefruit, pine, citrus peel and dank tropical fruit, backed by a clean malt profile and firm bitterness. It’s punchy, direct and seriously aromatic.

🥨 HELLES is our Oktoberfest release for 2026, lagered for a MASSIVE 14 weeks it’s a definite ride on the crispy express and one you need to celebrate the biggest b**r festival in the world.
🧃BONNEVILLE DELUXE a super aromatic hazy IPA, we’ve used our newest COOLPOOL technique and it’s seriously expressive juice in a can!
🌲 RUTHLESS our crystal clear Cali IPA, its, pine, tropical yet clean with a firm bitterness, everything we expect from this style.
🥤 PASTEL NEON is here to finish off the new releases. It’s nearly the start of summer, yep thats right Pastel Neon is back this time as Blueberry and peach, tart, juicy & refreshing.
