Liam entered his pie into the Official Great Aussie Pie Comp as an apprentice submission and WON GOLD!! 🥇

His pie Chicken, Leek & House Smoked Bacon was entered “as an apprentice submission” but because he’s an apprentice butcher, he was ineligible to compete against the other apprentice bakers for fear of backlash. So, Liam’s pie was judged in the Open Comp against all the other pies from around the country!! Let’s go 🥧
