You don’t have to use your Thermomix for everything…
sometimes it just chops the veg, kneads dough in 2 minutes and boils the pasta. And honestly? That’s enough.

I was really low on energy tonight and without it, this would’ve been takeaway… not spag bol + homemade pizza dough (did I mention zero preservatives).

I bulked the sauce out with loads of veg (chopped so small you couldn’t even tell), made 6 big portions, and even tucked a pizza bianca dough in the freezer for future us 🤍🍝✨

I hear concerns of the Thermomix not making enough food to feed a family. This right here, is proof that the Thermomix can make your meal times simpler, all while making big portions of food.

Think about it, your dishes get cleaned in here, but if the cleaner isn’t clean, are your dishes? 🤔

This is a simple, non-tox way to ensure your dishwasher is fresh and clean. (My fave)

•Take apart the filter (mine is at the bottom) and give a gentle clean or rinse, depending on how dirty. Put back in. TIP: take note of how it comes apart, so you can put it back together!

•If the inside of the dishwasher is extremely dirty, give it a wipe down to loosen gunk.

•Place approx 2-3 cups of bi-carb soda in the bottom of your dishwasher. (I buy this in bulk)

•In a bowl, fill with white vinegar and 5-10 drops of pure lemon essential oil and place upright on top shelf.

•Turn dishwasher onto a long and hot wash.

•When finished, leave the door cracked open to dry and enjoy the fresh smell! 🍋

RUM BALLS ~ A CHRISTMAS FAVE 🎄

You need:
1 packet of choc ripple biscuits
1 packet of scotch finger biscuits
395g condensed milk (I make my own)
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup rum
Shredded/desiccated coconut (for rolling)

✨Place biscuits in mixing bowl. Speed 5, 5 seconds. I do this a few times, mixing the biscuits in-between to ensure all biscuits are crushed. (I like the biscuits fine)

✨Place condensed milk, cocoa and rum into mixing bowl. 10 seconds, REVERSE, speed 4.5. (We want to mix, not chop)
I also stop, check and may need to mix again

✨Place mixture in a bowl, and place in fridge for 20 minutes. (This stops mixture sticking to blades)

✨For bigger balls, use a tablespoon, for smaller, teaspoon. Spoon mixture into washed hands, roll into balls and roll through coconut! Pop into the fridge for 20-30 mins and ENJOY! 🎄✨
