🌿🍷 THE VINEYARD HAS HAD ITS SPRING HAIRCUT! ✂️🍇

PLEASE NOTE We will be open this weekend on Friday and Saturday from 11am to 5pm. We are not open on Sunday this weekend.

Pruning is finished at Dingo Creek Vineyard, and our vines are looking very neat after their annual haircut—just in time for the arrival of Spring! 🌱☀️
It’s an exciting time in the vineyard. Before long, these freshly pruned vines will burst back into life as the new growing season begins, eventually producing the grapes for future Dingo Creek wines. 🍇🍷

🍷 Winter Weekends at Dingo Creek Vineyard 🌿
There’s something pretty special about the vineyard at this time of year — crisp winter air, beautiful country surroundings, great food, and, of course, a glass of Dingo Creek wine in hand. 🍷
We’d love you to join us at Dingo Creek Vineyard this Friday, Saturday or Sunday from 11am–5pm.

Pruning is one of the most important jobs of our entire year. What we do over the coming weeks will help determine the quantity and quality of the fruit we harvest next February.

Dingo Creek Vineyard is looking for a friendly, confident hospitality all-rounder to join our cellar door team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
This varied role includes:
🍷 Hosting wine tastings and sharing our wines with guests
🍸 Serving wine, cocktails and other beverages
🛍️ Assisting with cellar door sales and retail service
☕ Serving light refreshments when required
🧹 Keeping the cellar door clean, organised and welcoming
Hours:
🕚 Friday, Saturday and Sunday | 11:00am–4:00pm
🙌 No split shifts
⏰ Some flexibility may be required depending on bookings
We’d love to hear from you if you:
• Have hospitality experience in a bar, restaurant or similar setting
• Are confident serving drinks and engaging with customers
• Have a warm, outgoing personality
• Can move comfortably between bar, floor and retail service
• Are reliable, professional and a team player
• Are eager to expand your wine knowledge—training is provided
• Are available to work weekends
