From my very first sourdough loaf to today’s bake. 🍞❤️
When I baked my first loaf, I was simply excited that it looked like bread.
Many loaves, questions, mistakes, and lessons later, I cut into today’s loaf and couldn’t quite believe it.
The best part?
The taste.
Soft, pillowy crumb, with a crisp crust.
