After conquering a 2500km journey spanning 7 days across various markets, we're back home, and utterly exhausted. Our jam-packed itinerary featured 3 days in Toowoomba, quick stops in Gympie, Bundaberg for a solid 2 days, Hervey Bay, and an obligatory Movie World detour on the way back, because priorities. Sadly, our jerky supply chain didn't quite keep up, selling out both weekends - who knew people loved dried meat that much? Anyway, we're restocking and resuming our jerky-making shenanigans today.
