I received the most beautiful review in our inbox today, and it honestly meant more than they probably realise. After a hectic day working solo.

Sage has never just been about selling products or making coffee. From the very beginning, I wanted it to be a place where you walk through the door and feel welcome, comfortable and genuinely cared for.

Running a small business comes with long days, challenges, plenty of behind-the-scenes moments and a whole lot of heart… but then a message like this arrives. 🥹

And it reminds me exactly why I keep showing up.

It’s you — our customers. 🤎

The conversations. The familiar faces. The new faces. The laughs across the counter. Making your favourite coffee. Helping you find what you need. And hopefully creating a little space in your day where you feel at home.

🌿 A little note from us at Sage 🌿

We’ve made the decision to introduce a few gentle reminders around the use of our seating and relaxation spaces.

We absolutely LOVE that Sage has become somewhere you feel comfortable enough to sit, relax, catch up with friends and enjoy your coffee. 🤎 Creating that welcoming, homely feeling has always been important to us.

Unfortunately, we’ve recently had a couple of incidences over the past week, that have made us feel terrible.

So moving forward, we kindly ask that you leave our spaces as you found them and that there is no jumping, climbing or standing on the couch. We also ask parents and carers to please supervise little ones while using these areas.

This isn’t about taking away the relaxed feel of Sage — it’s about looking after the beautiful space we’ve created so that the next person can enjoy it just as much. 🌿

We’re a small business, and our space, furniture and little details mean a lot to us. Please treat them with the same care you would in your own home.

Thank you for understanding, respecting our space and helping us keep Sage cosy and welcoming for everyone. 🤎
