Finally, our Development Application has been confirmed by the Land and Environment Court as legal. It is nearly four years since we started the process. There has been a lot of unnecessary interruption to the development process. At the end of the day, these interruptions didn't achieve anything except waste a lot of people's time and money. We will be offering tastings and sales at the Star Hotel, Tumut, until we get sorted.
