Best gluten free Falafel mix by Baraka Gourmet Foods.

I love the new falafel mix from Baraka Gourmet Foods Byron Bay. It is easy to cook as it is already mixed together, no need to add water. All you need to do is form little balls out of the dough and drop into a heated pan with a bit of olive oil. Their brand also contains no preservatives only chickpeas, onion, garlic and spices. It is so delicious!

Falafel makes a great plant based option for a meal as it is high in plant based protein and fibre so it is great for our gut health. It is so versatile too. You can eat it stuffed in a pita or wrap, slice it and bake on top of a pizza, or serve it in a salad like I did for lunch.
