We know that every individual’s journey is unique. That’s why our Solo Experiences are thoughtfully designed around each member — their interests, goals, strengths, and aspirations.

Through personalised one-on-one support, members build essential life skills such as daily routines, cooking, budgeting, personal care, and confidently using public transport. We also support physical health, emotional well-being, creativity, and social skills — helping members grow in confidence and independence at their own pace.

For those exploring employment goals, we work alongside members to develop meaningful pathways that reflect their abilities and interests.
Delivered in a safe, nurturing environment by compassionate and qualified support workers, Solo Experiences at Team Lemonade empower individuals to thrive, feel confident, and participate fully in everyday life.
