Job Advertisement: Casual Bottle Shop Staff – Dry Dock Cellars

Location: Shop 4/122 Dry Dock Road, Tweed Heads South, 2486
Position: Casual Staff (15-20 hours/week)
Available Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Dry Dock Cellars is a locally-owned and well-loved Bottle Shop situated in beautiful South Tweed. We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team for casual/part-time hours.

About the Role:
We offer a friendly, customer-focused environment, and you will play an important role in helping our customers find the perfect drink for every occasion. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with product selections and providing recommendations

Operating the register and processing transactions

Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized

Adhering to all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers

Requirements:

RSA certificate (mandatory)

Previous experience in retail or liquor store environment (required)

Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Availability for shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons
