We're hiring!
We are a family owned and operated dairy farm, seeking a casual dairy operator to join our team. Currently milking 120 Friesian Holstien cows (+ 1 pet jersey for good measure). We operate in a unique 72 per side herringbone dairy. We hold very high standards in animal care and welfare and this would be expected of anyone who works with us. Being able to work in a team environment is essential. I appreciate that experience in dairy industry is not as common as it once was, and for the right person, training will be provided.
There is the possibility of additional shifts with experience and if a right fit for our team. We are seeking someone with:
👉a strong work ethic
👉reliable transport and a current drivers licence
👉a positive attitude and can work both as a team player and independently (when experienced to do so).
