There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing the kitchen pass looking like this. Freshly prepared, full of colour and plenty of choice after a long day at work.

Our kitchen team continues to put an incredible amount of care into every service, and these photos speak for themselves. 💚

Good food. Plenty of choice. Made for hardworking appetites.

🥞 Okay, but can we talk about those pancakes?! 😍

Breakfast at Ulan Village Green clearly did not come to play! From a seriously impressive spread of hot favourites to croissants, eggs and all the good stuff, there are plenty of ways to start the day right.

But those fluffy pancakes stacked high with banana, blueberries, maple syrup and a dusting of icing sugar deserve their own moment. 🤤🥞🫐

If this doesn’t make you hungry, we’re not sure what will!

A very well-deserved congratulations to Van, our September Employee of the Month! 👏

Van is one of those people who quietly gets in, works incredibly hard and consistently puts so much care and pride into everything he does. His positive attitude, reliability and willingness to help wherever needed make such a difference, and we are incredibly lucky to have him as part of the Ulan Village Green team.

Whether he’s creating something amazing in the kitchen, helping his teammates or simply bringing his friendly attitude to work, Van continues to go above and beyond. 🌟

This is the kind of dinner lineup that makes choosing a favourite way harder than it should be! 😂

Loaded wraps packed with seasoned beef, golden rice and fresh toppings, crispy pork with crackling, crunchy schnitzels, roasted pumpkin, cheesy baked goodness and plenty of sides to pile onto the plate. 🤤🔥

When dinner looks this good, choosing just one thing feels completely unreasonable. 😂

From a beautifully cooked roast and golden crumbed favourites to cheesy baked goodness, fresh greens, roast potatoes and a seriously impressive fish dish, the UVG kitchen has been showing off again! 🤩

The only sensible solution? A little bit of everything. 🙌💚
