Some lunches turn into three hours, a second bottle, and a lot of laughing at nothing in particular.

For those, reach for our 2023 'Wild Goose Chase' Grenache — vibrant florals, raspberry and red fruit, with soft velvety tannins easing into a smooth, rounded finish. Fruit-forward, with French oak just in the background.

We’re growing the Esilio Wines team! 🍷🌿

With warmer days and our Summer Sessions just around the corner, we’re looking for some great people to join us at our beautiful Uleybury cellar door.

👨‍🍳 COOK | 20+ HOURS PER WEEK
We’re looking for an experienced cook with 2+ years in the kitchen. You’ll need to be available for lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with Friday evenings commencing from October for our Summer Sessions.

🍷 CASUAL Front of House STAFF | 18+
Experienced hospitality crew wanted for regular weekly hours. You’ll need 2+ years of experience and availability Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays. If you love wine, even better!

🌿 JUNIOR STAFF
We’re also looking for enthusiastic junior team members keen to gain experience and be part of our friendly crew.

🚗 IMPORTANT: All applicants must have their own reliable transport. We’re located in Uleybury, approximately 45 minutes north of the Adelaide CBD, and there is no public transport available.
