A celebration of what's growing in our kitchen garden right now.

Roasted cauliflower, garden baby beets and crispy saltbush, with both the beets and saltbush grown on-site by Gav, paired with Jerusalem artichoke.

Naturally vegan and gluten free, and can be prepared nut free on request.

Begin the night with a glass of wine and cheese before turning your eyes skyward to discover planets, constellations, galaxies and star clusters through the telescope.

Sarah & Alex celebrated their wedding with around 50 of their nearest and dearest in our newly renovated Atrium last month, creating an intimate and incredibly romantic atmosphere.

With soft draping added throughout the space, two long tables filled with family and friends, and a menu designed for sharing and connection, the evening felt warm, relaxed and full of joy.

Their guests enjoyed roaming canapés on arrival before settling in for a feast of Wagyu bresaola, seasonal garden tart, slow-roast lamb shoulder, roast chicken and generous shared sides, finishing with the couple's wedding cake.

A beautiful reminder that you don't need a huge guest list to create a truly memorable celebration.
