A cheese with history, reimagined in Gippsland.

Our new Blue-Spiked Wensleydale is a rare revival of a style that traces its origins back to northern England in the twelfth century.

This blue-veined version of Wensleydale is rarely seen today. Its slightly open and crumbly texture encourages the growth of delicate blue mould, giving a beautiful balance of tangy freshness and bold blue depth.

We’ve expanded our cheese menu!

For the very first time, we’ve introduced a Triple Cream Brie. Rich, velvety, and indulgent, it’s unlike anything we’ve made before.

Our first release sold out in two weeks, and we’re in the process of crafting six new wheels along with 150g portions for our cheese boxes.

Unlike our Farmhouse Brie, this is a much richer, creamier cheese with a higher fat content - perfect for those who enjoy decadence.

We're very excited to serve you all with our expanded range!
