Our winemaking team Stuey, Darcy and Madi have been carefully tasting through all the 2025 barrels that could be in contention for a Single Vineyard classification in pursuit of the very best of the best.

Each wine in the Single Vineyard range speaking to uniqueness of place, people and soil. It is a hard day at work, but someone has to do it!

A huge thank you to all those that joined us at The Barossa Cellar for the Barons of Barossa Friday Lunch Club, hosted by our very own Baron Stuart Bourne.

Stuey and the Soul Growers team had a ball catching up with some gorgeous familiar faces, pouring some sensational wines, listening to Stuey’s stories and enjoying the landmark that is The Barossa Cellar. What a setting and what a region, thank you Barossa Wine

Thank you so much to Daniel Murphy and Aaron Hutton from Feast Barossa for putting together such an exceptional menu to pair with the incredible lineup of wines and to fellow Baron Jill Mader for all of her assistance in the event. How good are long lunches?🍷

Today we raise a glass to the absolute bread and
butter of our beautiful Barossa, Shiraz!

Happy International Shiraz Day for all those that celebrate. We recommend celebrating accordingly with a glass of Provident, Sorrellabella, Slow Grown or Single
Vineyard Shiraz. Cheers from Tommy, Sozzy and Timmy!

After a morning in the vineyard with Snowy, it didn’t take long before the Shiraz rolled through the gate.

Always good seeing it come full circle - from tasting berries on the vine to fruit landing in the winery in prime condition. Same balance, same depth, nothing lost along the way.

Snowy’s done his bit. Now it’s on us to carry it through.

We shall let the vineyard keep telling its story.

Johnny Schuster rolled in with something special this week - biodynamic Shiraz destined for Sorrellabella.

Grown the right way, farmed with intent, and picked with flavour front of mind. It’s clean, vibrant fruit with plenty to say before it’s even hit the fermenter.

We’ll keep our hands off as much as possible from here. Wild ferment, no shortcuts, just letting the vineyard and the season do the talking.

Sorrellabella in the making.

Out in the vineyard with Snowy Helbig, tasting our way through Shiraz and talking the important stuff - flavour, balance, and when to call it.

Berries are right where we want them. Good colour, plenty of depth, and that classic Barossa richness starting to show through without getting ahead of itself.

These are the moments that shape the vintage. Boots on, hands stained, making the call together.

Chardy season hits different.

Adelaide Hills fruit rolling through the winery this week and it’s looking the goods. Press is humming, juice is flowing, and the whole place smells like citrus, stone fruit and a long lunch waiting to happen.

We keep it simple at this stage - gentle press, let the juice settle, then into ferment where things start to get interesting. No rush, no tricks, just letting good fruit do its thing.

2026 is already shaping up to be a cracker.

Celebrating the Women of Soul Growers today and everyday! At Soul Growers, we are proud to celebrate the incredible women who help shape our story and our wines. This International Women’s Day, we recognise Sorrel Arthur, our Brand
Ambassador, Darcy Lapidge, our Winemaker and Madi Noack, our Assistant Winemaker.

Women have long played a vital and often under-recognised role in the wine industry,
bringing skill, creativity, resilience and fresh perspective from the vineyard, to the winery,
to your glass. Today, more than ever, women in wine are leading innovation, nurturing community and redefining what the future of our industry looks like. Closing the gap on what was historically a male-dominated industry. We’re grateful to have these inspiring women at the heart of Soul Growers. Cheers to Sozzy, Darce and Mads!
