As many of you will have seen, The Cheese Wheel () has recently changed hands, and we wanted to pop in with a proper, heartfelt hello from the new team.
When we took on The Cheese Wheel, we made one promise: don't mess with the magic. Kevin, Mark, and Nancy built something genuinely special here: a community of cheese lovers, a roster of incredible makers, and a mission worth continuing. We're proud to be the new custodians, and we take that seriously.
A little about us: Michael and I also own Cheeselinks, which means we've spent the last few years working closely with many of New Zealand's finest artisan producers, supplying the ingredients that go into their cheese. We know these makers, we know their craft, and we care deeply about the work they do. Taking on The Cheese Wheel felt like the natural next step.
Alongside us, the brilliant Jo (who many of you already know and love) remains your go-to for all things customer experience. And we've welcomed Franco to the team as Business Manager, bringing 27 years of specialty cheese expertise and more cheese knowledge than should be legal.
The wheel keeps turning. We can't wait to share what's coming.
