Nina and Callie believe that winemaking doesn't have to have boundaries but what it does need is quality, focus and a destination. Their freedom of expression and unbridled thinking is evident in every sniff and sip you take of their wines. With a strong emphasis on vineyard selection and a gentle touch approach to their small-batch winemaking the wines are a true reflection of site. Wines which s

Wine Unplugged is committed to being a trustworthy community host, whilst encouraging the responsible promotion and consumption of alcohol. We’ve got veraison happening in most of our vineyards right now.

It’s an exciting time for both growers and winemakers as it signals harvest is almost here!!

Before veraison the grapes are bright green (due to the presence of chlorophyll), hard and highly acidic. Veraison is when we see a change in colour to purple/red in red grapes and golden in white grapes signalling that the grapes are ripening. They accumulate sugars, the acid slowly drops out and they develop those amazing flavour aromas that we’re chasing.

Our Pacha Mama Pinot Noir is full of bright red cherries, wild strawberries, and beautifully perfumed and pairs with a range wide of dishes.

Pacha Mama 'Dew Drops' Fiano is vibrant and complex with wet stone minerality, citrus, zesty lime, subtle fresh herbs and bites of crisp apple. Perfect to enjoy a splash of on its own or goes brilliantly with anything remotely spicy, particularly Asian and seafood dishes.

Pinot Noir, what’s not to love? Described as complex, mysterious and temperamental this grape variety can reach great heights or disappoint like no other.

The 2021 Pacha Mama Pinot noir is everything we love about pinot noir. Crunchy red berries, subtle spicy oak and earthy undertones. Medium-bodied with loads of juicy fresh strawberries and cranberries layered with fine silky tannins and crisp acidity 🍷
