Last brew of the week was RAMM XDRY. That's what 50kg of rice looks like when we get it ready for adding to the mash!

Plenty of new tins in the fridges and the fire is going 🔥

We've been practising and this is possibly the best way to have a Pint of Movie Night Stout and a Choc Top at the same time. Have a go tomorrow night. From 5.30 pm. A choc top with every Movie Night Choc Top Stout Pint! Until they run out of course. Jacko's lined up some movies that will be playing in the background and we're going to have a good old time.

Big b**r. Dark b**r. Sticky b**r. It's that time of year and we've got a feeling that this one's going to hit the spot. Launching at the brewery next Thursday.

The projector is going to be pulled and we'll kick off the night with no less than our very own Uralla movie - "Thunderbolt" from 1910. A 30 min silent movie which will get you going for Jacko's classic selection to follow. BYO snacks.
