Here is the next tractor implement in design phase. Us farmers are a multi skilled bunch with my other profession being engineering and handy enough with a welder. This one is designed to run under the garlic beds to left and loosen them for harvest with a secondary function as a bed former when preparing for planting next year. Will it work? Let me know your thoughts and experiences in the comments.

Its fair to say this whole Varroa Mite issue has been very depressing. We lost 2/3 of our hives in a short space of time. Today was the first happy bee keeping observation in quite a while with an abnormally early swarm arriving on the side of one of the remaining live hives. Given the cold wet conditions I was quick to get an insulated hive which they quite willingly entered. 🤞they stay and get well established with whatever genetic trait it is that enabled them to survive this first wave of Varroa Mite here in Australia.
