It is a student-free day for our son, and today is dedicated to baking. We have baked a Gula Melaka Pandan Cake, which is often inspired by traditional ondeh-ondeh. This delightful cake combines a fragrant green pandan sponge or butter cake with rich, caramel-like gula melaka and coconut.
