Well it's definitely that crazy time of year!
The Victor Harbor Farmers Market went off last Saturday, so I had to get busy and replace all that was sold so I've been a bit busy the past two days, with still more to bake for this weekend coming.
Don't forget this could be your last chance to grab a pudding or any other goodies you need for Christmas. See you on Saturday 😊

Right friends, I need your help!

Our new girls are laying well and I have a ridiculous number of large, beautiful eggs.

Since there's only one market for me this weekend, I need to move a few extra trays so I don't end up building an egg fort at home.

So tomorrow, I'm doing a tray of 30 large eggs for $14.
This is a genuine 'help your farmer not drown in abundance' special.

And just in case you need reminding why our eggs are worth the trip to the Victor Harbor Farmers Market:

*pasture-raised (always rotated on new grass)
*fresh (MUCH fresher than any supermarket egg)
*local (not handled by 17 different conveyor belts)
*premium feed (no cheap proteins, hormones or artificial yolk colouring)
*organic practices (chicken poo is the only fertiliser used on our paddocks)

There's really no excuse to run out mid-week and end up grabbing supermarket eggs.
And if you haven't tried the best eggs on the Fleurieu yet, this is a great price to see what everyone raves about!
