White King Protea flowers are forming in the cool rain.
These were planted as 3 inch high plants just 1 year ago and today are forming their first flowers.
You can see our building site in the background and on these terraced slopes Lee has planted over 9,000 native food and cut flower plants.

This variety is entirely seedless and Lees favourite of all the varieties growing on our farm.

These trees are planted at the entrance to our new distillery which should be ready for visitors in the new year.

This is Lee's favourite variety as you can pick these ones without getting ripped to shreds....

Filling bottles of Finger Lime Gin!

Everything we do is custom made and this filler is no exception. It has to fill the bottles without popping the vessicles of finger lime caviar. Nothing existed which could do it so we had to invent our own.
