🌾 2IC POSITION AVAILABLE – BROADACRE🌾
We're looking for an experienced and motivated 2IC to join our team on a well-established cropping property producing wheat, chickpeas, sorghum and cotton.
📍Located in the welcoming and supportive community of Talwood, QLD - 90km west of Goondiwindi
🛠️ THE ROLE: Working in a small, experienced team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the farm, including: 🔹 Operating and maintaining modern farm machinery with the latest technology 🔹 Assisting with planting, spraying, harvesting and general cropping activities 🔹 Irrigation operations 🔹 General farm maintenance and repairs
👨🌾 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: ✅ Previous broadacre farming experience ✅ Mechanically minded and confident maintaining machinery ✅ Capable of operating farm equipment safely and efficiently ✅ A team player who's focused on great outcomes ✅ Takes pride in their work, with a strong work ethic and motivation ✅ Reliable, practical and loves all aspects of farm life ✅ Looking for a long-term role in a supportive team environment
