When I was young and Australian a Big Day Out seemed to involve a lot more energy than it does these days. Yesterdays Big Day Out was spent in the chook shed at Katanning Ag Show. A great time spent with like minded people discussing really important stuff about chooks. Oh, and there was a show as well. Even did pretty well there and its always satisfying when the judge likes your chooks.

We are having a busy bee to clean up and prepare the shed for the show on Sunday July 4th at 9.30 am in the Katanning Poultry Shed. That will be followed by the AGM.

The club will provide a sausage sizzle for lunch or let us know if you have special dietry requirements. Please RSVP for catering.

New members are very welcome to come along and talk all things chook with other members.
