The biggest basket of baguettes you ever will see 😮

Ft. Roast Beef & Gremolata, Roast Pork with Garlic Crust, Coronation Chicken hiding up the back (I found coronation chicken on a trip to the UK this year, I’m seriously obsessed - a random mix of whole egg mayo, curry powder & mango chutney - seriously, weirdly delicious!!)

These grazing tables are a really fun way to feed a crowd!

We delivered three grazing tables for ‘A Floral Affair’ lunch in Walgett on Sunday, this is a peek of the cheese table....second was filled with cold meats & baguettes and the third with a range of beautiful salads!

Two beautiful local ladies & incredible cancer survivors, Bec & Lizzie hosted the day to fundraise for Macquarie Home Stay, a home away from home for remote families needing accomodation close to hospitals and health facilities during treatment! A pleasure to be involved in such a beautiful day 💕

Long Lunches just like this would have to be one of my favourite things to cater for, lots of family and friends together to celebrate a 30th birthday here in Walgett yesterday!

The star of the show was the slow cooked Moroccan lamb, closely followed by pearl cous cous with Mediterranean vege & haloumi....so yum!

Here we have a long lunch spread ready to go out at a 60th recently in Coonamble - the lemon bowl I think is the best bit 🍋 shame I had nothing to do with it!
