We would like to welcome our recent purchase. Another Qld born and raised sire from Exton Angus . By Exton Sherman S113 and out of Lode Creek Anne P4. A very nice all round bull with the classic old school angus head that we love to keep in our herd. Looking forward to breeding some lovely females from him. A huge shout out to Tim for delivering him safe and sound to wallangra. We very much appreciate it and thank for a lovely quite bull.

Today was a very successful day with 💯 clearance of both bulls and heifers for the team at Exton Angus. We had a wonderful mother son day out and were fortunate to take home a bull that we first picked which will value add to our sire battery in years to come. It was also great to see the classic old school wide angus head out of the cattle viewed today. Thanks Tim,Vicki and boys for a wonderful day out.

This week we were able to get away to support our fellow queensland angus stud breeders at their annual bull sales. We have been buying bulls from bulliac on and off for a number of years now and we are very happy to report a couple more purchases that will add value to our sire battery. The new sale ring looks fantastic and worked smoothly. The temperament doing ability and fertility of these bulls from Bulliac Angus make us return to their sales as often as we can. Reliability and data you can trust.
Next we had a mother, son trip to the annual sale at U8J Cattle Company. This was our first trip to their sale complex but I have been purchasing females from them, one of which was offered at the world angus forum and the other at their female sale last year. These girls have settled in very well with one calving recently and the other due any time now. The temperament and doing ability on these females is exceptional. Born, raised and bred for the qld conditions. We were delighted to be able to secure a stunning yearling bull to add to our sire battery.We will definitely be back again next year. We would also like to thank the hospitality from the amazing meals to the coffees and treats. Mum was also one of the lucky winners in the draw for some Elders products. She was thrilled. A great day out with great people.

We first met the team at Wallawong Premium Beef during the World Angus Forum in June last year. The time and attention they gave our whole family—welcoming us back repeatedly to view cattle and answering every question we had—made it clear just how passionate they are about producing reliable, high‑quality Angus genetics.

We were fortunate to purchase our first female from them that day: Wallawong Gilda, who came with a bull calf at foot and was also PTIC. Since then, we have attended their on‑property sales for the following two years, securing two bulls and three PTIC females—U152, U154 and U158.

As life takes all of us in different directions, the Wallawong Premium Beef family made the decision to offer a full dispersal of their herd at their recent on‑property sale. Although we were unable to make the trip this time, we were grateful AuctionsPlus was operating on the day, allowing us to bring home another exceptional three‑unit package in Lowan T104, along with a young PTIC female.

The condition of T104—carrying a bull calf of that weight—was simply outstanding. We are extremely pleased to have secured her, especially given the strong interest she attracted. And to the underbidder, I apologise for the slow bids.

We would like to welcome our first walking sire for 2026, Heart Craftsman W50. With the data and cows behind this young bull was one we had to bring home. We purchased 3 females from Heart Angus Stud which have settled in very well. This bull will be joining our W females. We are looking forward to seeing the progeny in years to come. Thanks Chris and Jye for a ripping bull.
