Zeki’s Update πŸ¦ΏπŸ’™

Today was a huge day β€” leg fitting day!

Zeki did not want to put his new leg on at all. There were lots of tears, fear and rejection. This is something completely new for him, and our little man is very cautious and understandably scared of the unknown.

But with lots of patience, reassurance and encouragement, we got it on! πŸ₯Ή And then he stood for a good 20 minutes β€” supported AND unsupported! πŸ’™

It may seem like a small step, but for Zeki, it was a massive one. After everything he has been through, watching him stand again was such an emotional and proud moment.

We know there is a long road ahead, and we’ll take it at Zeki’s pace, one little step at a time. He is surrounded by the most incredible team, who are patient, gentle and supportive every step of the way.

Today he stood. Soon, when he’s ready, he’ll take that first step. πŸ¦ΏπŸ’™ ForMotion Clinic AUS

The wait is finally over! We’re excited to welcome everyone to our brand new Phat Boys Kebabs location this Saturday, open 11:00am – 8:00pm.
