Cinnamon Scroll Box 💕

Not listed on our current catering menu but our freshly baked cinnamon scrolls are absolutely available for a special treat for breakfast, lunch or dessert.

Soft and fluffy buns with a slight crunch from the caramelised brown sugar and cinnamon - tpped with a delicious cream cheese and lemon icing 😋

Pheww! Just finished a massive job catering for 350 people attending the Tafe Gippsland Christmas Party in Morwell today 🎄 🎅 🎁

Our menu consisted of pre-lunch grazing boxes - followed up by a selection of festive sweets and fruit platters 🧁

We made:
~ 8 x large grazing boxes
~ 5 x large fruit boxes
~ 150 x lemon meringue pies
~ 150 x chocolate mousse
~ 150 x fruit tarts
~ 150 x vanilla cupcakes
~ 150 x chocolate mud cupcakes

We are very proud of the fact that every single mouthful of your catering is made in-house at Apple Spice.

We make sure everything is made a fresh as possible - with all sandwiches and bakery goods made the morning of your order (such as our fresh scones and mini brioche burger buns).

There is no comparison to freshly made food. No amount of preservatives and chemicals can replicate that flavour!

Sure, it takes extra time and effort to do this... but it is so so worth it for the final result. You and your guests will definitely notice the difference.

Grazing Boxes 🥨

It's grazing season! The sun is coming out and we are slowly rediscovering our social lives after a long cold Winter.

Grazing Boxes are a great way to feed a crowd with something for everyone to nibble on. Beautifully presented in an easy to go catering box - you can simply pop it on the table ready to enjoy.

Wedding High Tea 💍 💕

We were absolutely honoured to put together an incredibly special High Tea style catering for a wedding on Monday.

The event was held out at the gorgeous in Tonimbuk which was a delight to visit on delivery.

The menu included:

~ High Tea-style curried egg & cucumber sandwiches
~ Cherry tomato, basil & fetta crostinis
~ Mini Beef Brioche Burgers
~ Smoked Paprika Roast Vegetable Tarts
~ Quiche Lorraine
~ Freshly Baked Scoones with jam & cream
