Double Up gets a double thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼🍻
Regular customer Allen gives Bojak Brewing’s Double Up a taste in our video review, calling it “fruity” and “excellent”. And judging by his reaction, that 8.4% has a real kick! 😂

Brewed to celebrate Bojak’s 8th birthday, this limited-release Double Hazy IPA is packed with tropical fruit flavours.

💪 ABV: 8.4%
🌿 Hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Citra Cryo
🥭 Flavours: Mango, passionfruit, white grape, citrus zest and grapefruit, with a dank edge

Meet Hillwood Tasmanian Single Malt Wh**ky, made by the Herron family at Tamar Valley Distillery in northern Tasmania. From milling the grain to distilling, maturing and bottling, it all happens on their property—a proper family affair, with every single cask bringing its own character.

A little taste of spring this Friday at Hops 🌿🍷🎶

South Australian Hither & Yon is bringing its spring collection for us to try, with Italian varietals Vermentino, Fiano and Greco for the white w**e lovers, plus Tempranillo, Nero d’Avola and Aglianico for those who prefer a red.

If those names are new to you, that’s okay! Come have a taste and find a new favourite. We’re here to help you broaden your w**e horizons—one glass at a time. 😉

The forecast is looking fine and the talented Chloe Amber Fox will be providing the tunes. All the makings of a lovely spring evening!

Longer days, longer hours and more happening at Hops! ☀️🍷 With warmer weather and daylight savings here, we’re staying open later—and Sunday sessions are back!

🍷 Friday 9 October
Kick off the weekend with our in-house tasting from 5pm, featuring See Saw Prosecco, Blackbilly GSM and Steels Gate Cabernet Sauvignon. CooperNathanaelMusic brings the tunes from 6pm.

🥂 Saturday 10 October
Drop in for an afternoon drink or pop in before dinner—we’re open until 8pm! Catch up with friends, bring a platter and settle in. Bookings welcome. Send us a DM.

🎶 Sunday 11 October
Sunday sessions return with soulful tunes from Alex & Beck aka Alex from 4pm. A chilled drink, good company and live music… that’s Sunday sorted. Open until 7pm!

And there’s more time for a midweek catch-up too, with Wednesdays open until 7pm and Thursdays until 8pm.
