🩸 Low iron is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies and most people have no idea they have it.
Constant fatigue, hair loss, brain fog, restless legs at night these are all signs that get blamed on stress, bad sleep or just “being busy.” But a lot of the time, iron is the missing piece. 👇
The thing is, standard blood tests often only check haemoglobin — which can look normal even when your iron stores (ferritin) are critically low. So if you’ve had bloods done and been told you’re “fine” but still feel terrible, it’s worth asking your GP specifically for a full iron study including ferritin.
