We genuinely regret having to introduce a fuel levy, as it’s never been something we’ve wanted to pass on to our customers. However, the current situation is beyond our control, and unfortunately, the rising cost of fuel has reached a point where it can no longer be absorbed by our business.
For the past 8 years, we have proudly operated without charging any delivery fees or levies, always striving to keep our service as fair and accessible as possible. This decision has not been made lightly, but under the current circumstances, it has become necessary.
We understand that some comments have been made suggesting we simply increase our prices so the levy is not visible. However, we believe in being transparent with our customers, especially as this current situation is affecting everyone in so many different ways, some worse than others.
We truly appreciate the understanding and continued support of our loyal customers during this time. Please be assured that as soon as fuel prices ease, the levy will be reduced or removed accordingly.
