Looking for our next Cook & Gardener Couple for Kilto Station.
⭐️ Kilto is located 65kms east of Broome 🏝️, 100kms to The Fitzroy River - the best barra fishing there is 🎣 and 150kms from the start of the Gibb River Road! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!
⭐️ Looking for the right couple who will fit in and make Kilto home. We are a family owned and operated company and would love to find people that share our passion, take pride in what they do and love our home as much as we do.
⭐️ Couple must be easy going, happy to fit in and fill in the gaps. Absolutely a role where you can work together, flexible with hours. As long as the work gets done, we are happy!
⭐️ Flexibility to take time off and travel the area. 6 days a week normally. Job is from March through to Oct (flexible).
⭐️ We are a big family out here, so we would love people that bring us all together, throw BBQ’s, have birthday celebrations and sit around the fire and share a beer and a yarn. It is a lifestyle and a job.
⭐️ Perks are - two bedroom house that is fully self contained, internet, all meals are included in remuneration, a side by side buggy, a great zero point turn Kabota mower and good beef!
Cooks duties
- Cooking morning tea and dinner for approx 10 people.
- Ordering of all stock
- Cleaning of kitchen and communal dinning area
- Cleaning vacant rooms
- Overseeing of communal staff area, cleaning when necessary and following up with staff to do their bit!
Gardening/Yardy duties
- Mowing and moving sprinklers
- Pruning and weeding
- Feeding poddy calves
- Projects, retic, garden beds, extending the lawn
- And lastly… an awesome Veggy Patch!
