Operations Coordinator (2IC)
A Rare Opportunity
Located on the scenic northeast coast of Tasmania, only a small commute to the coastal town Bridport is Forester lodge Dairy. Currently in our 8th season of operation, milking around 1000 cows through a 60-bale rotary with 250 ha of centre pivot irrigation.
As part of the BWB group, the farm has a strong support and mentoring network to draw on, strives to perform as an industry leader in farm management applying the latest technology and research to achieve the best financial and environmental outcomes for shareholders and an innovative and dynamic workplace for our on-farm team.
We are seeking a new colleague to fill the crucial role of Operation Coordinator (2IC). The successful candidate will work alongside a motivated and engaged team within a growing business, with the opportunity for personal growth and career development a key offering.
