This lot are off to the Wonthaggi Power Junior Football Club presentations for all the special helpers who keep the club a success.

It still amazes me that one little Dahlia tuber can reproduce and create so many more, all in the space of one season.

The pup thought he’d try his hand at flower farming. He didn’t like my method of pre-sprouting and labelling the ranunculus corms, clearly!

Luckily these were just a few trays that I hadn’t moved into the greenhouse racks yet. All the main trays are tucked away safely from the wannabe gardener. Lesson learned 😅

Bittersweet. Our last Dahlia harvest for this Summer season. It’s time to let the plants open up for the bees and give their energy back to the tubers for next year.

Our last bunches will be available from from tomorrow morning. If you’ve wanted some beautiful Dahlias in your home, this will be your last chance until next Summer.
