As truffle season draws to a close, we welcome the arrival of spring.
The days are getting longer, the garden is waking up, and our kitchen is turning its attention to the incredible local produce that comes with the new season — while making the most of the last of our winter truffles.
Join us Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 12pm for our long lunch degustation.
A seasonal journey through local produce, changing flavours and a final taste of the truffle season — enjoyed here at the farm.

A truffle season milestone!

This incredible 726g black Périgord truffle (our personal record since taking over), was recently unearthed by Hugo, our Lagotto Romagnolo, who has truly come into his own this season as a fantastic truffle hunter.

Watching Hugo develop from an enthusiastic pup into a skilled truffle sniffer has been one of the highlights of our journey, and finding a truffle of this size is a testament to both his hard work and the exceptional season we're experiencing.
With beautiful, aromatic truffles like this coming out of the ground every day, there's never been a better time to experience winter truffle season
