This is an extremely disorganised and non-productive farm which is still somehow enjoyable. It usually involves riding/falling off bikes, chainsawing random trees, burning things unecessarily, drinking beer, killing plants which used to be fruitful, yelling at small children and running away from snakes and leaches. The management structure is as follows:
Alejandro (El Patron) - Managing Director
of inviting everyone he meets irrespective of availability to accommodate anyone at any given time "it'll be alright, we can put them somewhere". He operates on Colombian time so one never knows who will arrive or when. Diana - Managing Director of being completely confused and overwhelmed by all things to do with farming which is somewhat unhelpful on 62 acres. However, the stupid questions and suggestions provide countless hours of amusement for the locals. She is also very good at burning almost every meal she attempts to cook. The Oracle (Papsies/Poppy/Don Ven) - Managing Director of all things mechanical, electrical, practical or logical. If it breaks, whatever it is, you take it to him. There is currently a long waiting list of broken items awaiting his attention. He is almost always in the "man cave" or zipping around on his golf buggy. Leo - he is the actual boss of everything though no one will care to admit it because he is 5 years old and that would be embarrassing. He is always accompanied by his fat little pug; Pablo (named after a famous Colombian bad ass, if you don't know who that is you can't come).
