Position Vacant -Console Operator
Key responsibilities and duties include,
• Deliver happy face to face and telephone customer service professional customer service by responding to customer enquiries and assisting in resolving issues effectively as per our standards
• Operation of our operating system, cash register/computer POS System
• Provide driveway service/direction when necessary or as directed by management
• Perform stock control, stock takes and inventory audits when required
• Record bowser meters and dip fuel tanks accurately when required
• Understand and participate with promotional and merchandising activity.
• Understand and apply all emergency procedures and routine checks, safety, security and environment standards as required
• Follow workplace procedures and instructions to achieve good WHS Practice
• Ensure that the regular cleaning schedule and attractive store appearance is maintained
• General administrative and operational support & assistance to management.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute to a safe, organized, happy and efficient workplace by supporting daily operational requirements.
