COOKING WITH A CARROT -
EPISODE 1
Who knew a humble carrot could steal the show? Today we're making a fresh, crunchy and flavour-packed Raw Carrot Salad that's quick to prepare and perfect as a side dish or light lunch.
• Ingredients:
• 3 large carrots, shaved into ribbons
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
• 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
• Juice of 1 lemon or lime
• Sesame seeds to serve
