There are churpi available in market illegally imported from Nepal.These product are classified as an unprocessed dairy product from a high-biosecurity-risk country.

Without an approved commercial import pathway, permits, and certified processing that meets Australian standards, it is prohibited in luggage, mail, or cargo.

Also this is a very risky product to be made locally unless you hold specific certification and follow Australian food safety standards.
