10 years of celebrating plates and pours with West Australian Good Food Guide, and we were stoked to see DBC on the menu for the milestone event at Found Subiaco!

200 chefs, cooks, kitchen hands and producers came together to celebrate the WA hospitality, with DBC featured in dishes like lamb kofta with yogurt, fermented chilli and pickled onion, and Cantonese pork belly with blood plum sauce.

Great to see DBC in the mix for a big WA industry moment.
