We are the only vendor in Freeport Harbour that offer the freshest conch products ranging from Fritters to fried conch, or grilled conch ans shells. We not only give a live demonstration of how we prepare the conch in various forms, but we also educate our customers about this delicacy and dispell myths about it. Daily one of our staff harvet the conch from the ocean before we offer it to you, our

valued customers. Very few people have the ability to do this, and because we are sustainable we only harvest the full grown (more than 5 years old) conch. This means that when you eat it in any form it is fresh and has no fishy or rubbery taste, and that there is plenty more growing daily where the harvested ones came from.

Thank you to all of those customers that stopped in yesterday it was a pleasure serving you!!! I had an interesting customer who didn’t like tomatoes, and requested I drain the lime juice out of the conch salad......just after I made it lol! How do you like your conch salad?
