Starter: Daikon (Japanese radish) Salad - a light, refreshing, fresh salad with sesame dressing.

The menu will incorporate the freshest local fish bought on the day of the dinner as well as in season vegetables, high quality rice and the best local ingredients! Main: Various sushi and sashimi- made with the freshest catch of the day as chosen by your chef from tuna, salmon, sea bass, yellowtail and more
Chef's signature rolls- California rolls topped with guacamole on a bed of fried spaghetti

sticks, vegetable rolls with white fish on top garnished with thinly sliced apple, deep-fried shrimp tempura rolls topped with sliced trout salmon and avocado sprinkled with kosher salt

Dessert: Icecream with fresh fruit with a drizzle of plum wine
