I was super excited this week to get my hands on this ethically sourced chocolate from . Both the 58 and 70 % have wonderful flavours and are vegan.

There’s a trend lately to make biscuits bigger and bigger. My mini boxes are a great alternative, you can sample a few different types without overindulging.

My mini boxes of biscuits are a relatively new addition to my range, inspired by a recent trip to Japan. They make a great gift but are also good if you want to taste a few different flavours without over indulging. Each month I will do a different mix of biscuits. So watch this space.
