Cleaver Heritage is a Forget-me-not Memory Cafe and we host sessions on the 1st Friday of each month from 10am to 12pm. Come along and enjoy the quiet, welcoming and supportive space. Stay for a short while or the whole 2hour session. Hope you drop in tomorrow.

Rosewood Aged Care and Cleaver Heritage Café, in collaboration with Forget-me-Not Memory Cafés, are proud to bring the community together through meaningful connection, inclusion, and support.

Held on the first Friday of each month, these sessions offer a warm, safe, and welcoming space for people living with dementia, along with their families and carers.

Enjoy a $7 coffee and scone deal ☕🍰 and take part in a range of dementia-friendly activities, including tabletop games, brain teasers, word searches, and puzzles.

No booking needed – just drop in and join us. We’d love to see you tomorrow 💜
